JOB DESCRIPTION
- To be responsible for the costs of cost of materials.
- Manage and operate the kitchen staff when the chef is absent.
- The Chef prepares and prepares food for the menu.
- Responsible for the quality and quantity of food served customers.
- Be responsible for food inspection;
- Carrying out the preservation of raw materials;
- Undertaking unexpected work as required by the Board of Management or direct management.
REQUIREMENT
- Education: High school graduation
- At least 2 years experience in similar position
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Have the skills to organize and coordinate scientific work.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and team spirit.
- Dynamic, creative and enthusiastic in the work.
- Careful, thorough.
- Willing to work overtime.
- Have good health.
